Thermocrete Flue Restoration

Invest in a lifetime of safer fires. Upgrade your deteriorating flue with Thermocrete ceramic lining, get your free consultation now!

Thermocrete is and industry leading ceramic chimney lining system designed to restore old, cracked, or deteriorating flues without the need for invasive masonry tear out. Applied as a smooth liquid spray, Thermocrete coats the inside of your chimney, sealing cracks, filling gaps, and creating a continuous, jointless barrier that contains heat and dangerous combustion gases.

Unlike traditional metal liners, Thermocrete bonds directly to existing brick, clay tile, or stone. This application process preserves your chimney's original inner dimension and air flow draft making it an ideal repair solution for historic fireplaces, wood stoves, and masonry chimneys' alike!

By reinforcing your chimney from the inside out, Thermocrete restores total structure of integrity while ensuring full compliance with modern fire safety standards, giving you complete peace of mind every time you light a fire.

Why Choose Thermocrete?

  • Maximum Fire Safety: Creates an airtight, fireproof sealant that keeps dangerous heat, sparks, and carbon monoxide safely in the flue.

  • Preserves Flue Capacity: Sprays on smoothly without drastically restricting internal flue size, maintaining optimal draft performance.

  • Structural Reinforcement: Fills cracks, missing mortar joints, and eroded tiles to strengthen your entire chimney structure.

  • Long Lasting Durability: Highly resistant to heat, acidic flue condensation, and thermal shock over decades of use.

  • Minimal Disruption: Installed directly through the existing flue without tearing down brickwork or causing mess in your home.

Signs Your Chimney Needs Evaluation

  • Small pieces of reddish clay tile or mortar falling onto the hearth floor.

  • Visible cracks or gaps inside the chimney flue during a routine sweep.

  • Smoke or foul odors leaking into living spaces when fire is lit.

  • Moisture, damp spots, or white powdery deposits (efflorescence) on exterior chimney brickwork.
